High-temperature resistance: China graphite blocks are one of the most heat-resistant materials currently known. Its melting point is 3850℃±50℃, and its boiling point is 4250℃. In the case of a super-high temperature arc of 7000℃ for 10 seconds, the loss of graphite blocks is minimal, with a weight loss of 0.8%. Therefore, the high-temperature resistance function of China graphite blocks is outstanding.
Smoothness: The smoothness function of China graphite blocks is similar to that of molybdenum disulfide, with a friction coefficient less than 0.1. Its smoothness function varies with the size of the flakes. The larger the flakes, the smaller the friction coefficient and the better the smoothness.
Special anti-thermal shock function: China graphite blocks have outstanding anti-thermal shock function, that is, when the temperature suddenly changes, the thermal expansion coefficient is small, so it has excellent thermal stability and will not crack when there are sudden changes in temperature.
